Need expert advice please.

What would be your choice between Yellow gold with leather strap with inverted 6 on 6 o'clock dial and 2000 series A SS?

What is the value of each?

Personally, I'd go for the SS Daytona, since it has the in-house movement that is better, IMHO.

A year 2000 SS Daytona would also have the socalled "Skinny hands" that would probably add to its value since the current Daytonas have Fat Hands (Click here for more about the difference!)

Any Daytona with "inverted six" would have the Zenith-modified movt., both in SS, YG and WG. The "inverted" six was seen on the subdial at six from 1991 to 1993.

As for value, it depends on the condition.

Should 2000 A series model still have Zenith movt? I have Z series SS. But, I don't like the off center of 9 and 6 o'clock dials. I like original one.

Early 2000 (A-series) would still be with "Zenith" movts.

And since the Zenith modified SS Daytonas are no more made, it would boost the value.
