10 year warranty
i was told by the wife that in japan, rolex carries a ten year warranty. anyone can confirm this?

Must be a custom warranty. Rolex only provides two years of guarantee.

Yes. Originally, I went to their store to check them out. They are a top notch company. I have bought 3 rolexes from them. The last one was a white daytona. I have 2 IWC pilots on order with them. Cannot speak highly enough about them.
As for the warranty, it is with them directly, not through RSC. First 2 years everything is covered, just like Rolex. After that all parts are completely covered for the life of the Rolex. Not sure if this is transferable, but I dont really care, as I don't plan on selling any of my newer watches. |
