Must be a custom warranty. Rolex only provides two years of guarantee.

Yes. Originally, I went to their store to check them out. They are a top notch company. I have bought 3 rolexes from them. The last one was a white daytona. I have 2 IWC pilots on order with them. Cannot speak highly enough about them.
As for the warranty, it is with them directly, not through RSC. First 2 years everything is covered, just like Rolex. After that all parts are completely covered for the life of the Rolex. Not sure if this is transferable, but I dont really care, as I don't plan on selling any of my newer watches.

Lifetime warranty would really raise the stakes in the luxuary watch market.

Hi,

Where do you see it on their site? I have checked out this vendor. Their prices are okay and I won't have to pay CA tax. There is a statement "free extended warranty" but I could not find a precise explanation on what it includes. Perhaps I cannot search well enough :)

Here's the blurb on their website:

"All Rolex watches are new and come with a 2-Year
Parts and Labor Warranty. In addition to the 2-Year Parts
and Labor Warranty, we also provide our customers with
a FREE Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts."

Yeah, I got this part. But I don't see any details about what this limited lifetime warranty covers. So far, this seems to be the best deal out there.
