DJ Diamond getting some wrist time! Pics of course

I put the GMTIIc in the winder on Christmas Day, and I've been giving the DJ some much needed wrist time. I just love the look of this watch, even as a daily wearing piece. I've noticed that it gets a lot more looks, in comparison to the GMTIIC. I think this style of watch is what the "average" person considers ROLEX.

I think you are right. The DJ and DD are what most people think of when you say Rolex. My DD is recognized much more than my GMTs, Daytona, or Sub. Beautiful DJ!

Many more watch companies try to copy the Rolex sports versions. That is why they are not appreciated by the lay public. Everytime I wear my TT DJ I always get a compliment. I rarely have a comment when I wear Daytona.

Don't remind of the MOP dialI went through weeks of contemplation between the dark MOP, and black. That was a very tough decision for me. MOP, looks fabulous on the DJ, if you ask me.

Yeah, this Diamond DJ, is about as "blingy" as I feel comfortable wearing, at this point in my life. I am eventually trying to work up my comfort level to the YG DD.

Happy New Year's everyone.

It looks very nice--the diamonds add just the "right amount" of bling, I think. Enjoying wearing it! It's just right for celebrating.

You are so right when you say recognisable to the average person.
That is a lovely watch.
