Before and after pictures from service.
I sent this Rolex for service to Dallas and I couldn't be happier with the results.
My photography skills need much improvement. The watch looks 100 times better in person. I hope you enjoy. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome. My wife has a new watch now pretty much. The service center couldn't have been better. I am a believer. Before service After Service Sorry about the finger prints on this one. I assure you, the watch is flawless! Replacement clasp And last, a cool Lume shot! |

Beautiful! What happened to the diamond dial? Did RSC keep it? They usually don't return parts ... but aren't those real diamonds?!

Swish77,
It turned out the diamonds were not Rolex original (as mentioned in this forum before). The service center was going to send the dial back to me and I was going to have to pay full price for a new original dial. I was not attached to the diamond dial in any way and more importantly, neither was my wife. I am not sure if I can disclose what I was offered by Rolex, but I can say that it was a fair even deal and the dial stayed with them ;) |

Very nice! Looking good! Yea, the staff at DRSC are awesome, very down to earth people in my personal experience, and the techs do awesome jobs... When BHRSC closed up years ago, I was very hesitant to send it to DRSC because I was so use to walking into BHRSC and got to know the staff. But! I had more than a few serviced at Dallas since then, good peps over there, at both RSC's (IMPE). They could have ripped me off more than a few times, but they were like no you dont need to replace this or that, or we can fix this you dont need a new one, very cool and honest in my book, but! A little pricey.!

I couldn't agree more blackout.
It truly felt like I was talking to an old friend when talking to the Service Manager and some of the reps. I would highly recommend them. |

Looks like RSC did a great job. Am thinking about taking in my DJ for a similar service as she's looking rather beat up and tired. What was the cost of the service?

Nice way to rain on someone's parade He didn't ask for opinions, so keep your negativity away from TRF.

I was wondering about the same question. Assuming it's a service dial why it's missing some of the normal script? |
