Oscar is the real deal!!!
I was in the market for a 16570 Explorer II with a 3186 movement, and I wanted to find one of the latest examples of this discontinued model.
I contacted Oscar about a month ago to asked him to keep an eye out for one. I told him that I would be in South Florida not too far from his location this past weekend and wanted to do a face to face transaction. Oscar got it the day before we were to meet and sent me some pictures. Oscar found me a random serial number example for me in perfect condition, like new in the box, never polished and without a scratch on it. While I had always planned on driving to meet Oscar, he received it the day before we were supposed to meet and oferred drive 1.5 hours each way to deliver it to me. He also offerred to FedEx it to me While I had really wanted to see what I was buying in person, I agreed to have it FedEx'd because my schedule over the weekend was very busy. Great watch, rare find, great transaction, very satisfied customer all from a guy I never met, and just swapped texts and e-mails with. Many thanks to Oscar and the Rolex Forum for putting us together. |
