Warranty and RSC
Can any of you tell me if you need to send in the original warranty paper with your Rolex if you need warranty work? Or will they take a copy, or do you need it at all? Thanks in advance,

You have to present the guarantee. The original one, not a copy.
But after end of guarantee, you don't really need the guarantee certificate since you would then pay for "service".

I have heard that people supplied the NY RSC with a copy of my warranty paperwork and they did the warranty work with no problems.
