Follow To My Last Thread
A couple of days ago I posted a thread with the title "I Can't Stand It". I mentioned two watches I purchased and recieved since the end of January, and I also mentioned the fact that I am waiting for my grail. The wait is the hardest part hence the title .. lol
I wanted to take this time to thank everyone for all the well wishes for the surgery and the treatment that will follow. I haven't gone into detail about whats to come, but I will say that I have a long road ahead of me, and I am not ashamed to admit that I am slightly afraid. I have been a member here since Nov. 2010 and that makes me fairly new here still. Everyone here has always been helpful and understanding with me even when some of my questions seemed stupid. The words of encouragement have touched me and I am greatful. I will certainly let you guys know how things go after the operation. I'm kind of sad that I am going to miss Sun N Fun this year. But I am happy that I will get to see and wear my new watch out to dinner at least once before I head into the hospital. I am looking forward to showing the pics of my watch once it arrives. I'm wishing each and every one of you and your loved ones a very Happy Easter. Regards, Robbie |

Robbie
Hang tough - stay positive - stay focused on your goal for recovery. Any surgery and recovery that follows can be tough - been through 2 myself over the past year or so. It helps to share from time to time - check in and keep us in the loop. All the best to a speedy and full recovery! |
