Yes she was/is great BUT WHAT A SHAME. She lies rusting and rotting under the Walt Whitman bridge in Philadelphia. She is owned by NCL who has pledged to sell her to a non profit group. They have yet to raise the necessary funds. Her top speed has never been released but she can beat any modern cruise liner ( cruising forward at top speed) while she ambles in reverse!

Anther sad fact is that all her interior fittings, furnishings and decor were stripped out to pay mooring fees, quite a few years ago. All that remains is a very sorry looking, once magnificent ocean greyhound, that appears to be on the brink of going to the breakers . . . . . .
