Not to sound "Metro" but does any guys here buy a certain type shampoo?

After years of using the cheapest stuff in store a year or so ago I started using by wife's Kielhs amino acid shampoo...I noticed that I did not lose as much hair and I don't have that much left to start.
The stuff is expensive....like 18 bucks for 8oz but if it help saves what little hair I have left .....it worth the price.
Does anybody use a shampoo that helps stop hair loss?

I don't think it will do anything to stop or slow hair loss, but I use Tigi Bed Head Clean Up. It's their men's line and I really like it.

I use Kiehls products as well. I never bought anything expensive when I was single but my wife bought me Kiehls when she moved in and I wouldn't use anything else now.

Whether or not you lose your hair is mostly heredity, I don’t think your choice of shampoo will prevent hair loss. A higher quality shampoo / conditioner may make your hair more manageable and glossy but I don’t think it will keep you from losing hair if it’s in your genetic make-up to do so.

I sometimes shave with the Aveda Rosemary Mint Conditioner.

Then my wife figures out that I'm using up her supply of it, gets pissed off at me, and I stop.

Best shaving cream ever.

When I use the cheap stuff I leave lots of hair in the bottom of the tub.
When I use Kielhs there is less hair at the bottom...my wife was the first to notice it last summer and Ive used her Kielhs everyday since.

Guilty here. One big secret my wife and her stylist shared with me years ago is to have at least 3 different products and rotate. Your scalp and hair gets used to the same product, so changing it frequently keeps things alive! It does make a huge difference, o matter what brands you use. I have to agree that there is a reason for $15+ price tags....it is worth it.
