Broken Tudor

I have a Tudor watch that was given to me by my dad, it was his high school graduation present. The watch is automatic, but when you shake the watch, you can feel that the rotor is broken. You can hear it and feel it moving around but the watch will not work. Does anybody know if this is fixable, and if so, where can I take it and what would be a ballpark figure for the cost? Thanks.
