The other day i was at Singapore's Patek service center to BUY a pair of rubber strap for my aquanaut. Price? USD250+++

I told the lady ONLY my 12 oclock strap is too short so I had no choice but to buy a new pair altogether.

She measured my wrist and then went to get a new pair i thought.....

She came back and said:" Sir, we have one extra strap UNCUT that was unused that may fit the 12 oclock side. We can give it to you at no charge.."

Shocked, I thanked them after they fitted for me and walked away trembling..

true story.
