Icon10 Look what I just received from my AD, at no charge!!!!!!

Well took my watch in to Tourneau in Scottsdale, AZ to send my Omega PO in to the swatch group due to a winding problem. This was on October 2007, and I just got it back today, yeah 3 months!!!! Omega in New Jersey IMO dropped the ball big time. When I called after 2 months after shipped out, they still hadn't fixed it or looked at it! So Jennifer at Tourneau in Scottsdale Arizona, who is the General Manager, called their regional rep and lit a fire to rush my repair. Tourneau went above and beyond with their customer service. The watch was repaired, oiled, cleaned and polished to remove some wear marks. The watch looks like new!

So I am very pleased with all the employees at Tourneau!!! But there's more!!! Look at what Jennifer gave me... this is truely the definition of customer service... It is a 50th Anniversary Omega Speedmaster pin collection!!!!!

Just a reminder - There are two Larry's on this board. I will assume that you are referring to the other Larry.

That's a really nice gift. Now you have good reason to buy a Speedie.

Thats what I was thinking too! Now I can't decide if I want an automatic day/date or manual wind Pro

You gotta go for manual wind with haselite (sp?) crystal.
