This. I just got it yesterday, and today I had it appraised for insurance, pressure tested (tested fine to 500'), timed on the Vibrograf (+1-2 sec a day) and they buffed the band. The crown also points straight up when fully screwed down. First Rolex that has ever had it lined up perfectly:
