SD second hand query

Hi, this 1990 sd, do you find the lume dot on the second hand too close to the tip?
Is this normal?

Thx

Please tell us you didn't get taken for a ride? This looks like a poor rep to me. I hope I am wrong.

Second hand is off compared to my Y serial.
Font on date looks off
Font on bezel is off
Dial is suspect
Picture is terrible

No worries...Your watch is fine...

Here, on the left, is my N series (1991) Sea Dweller with a TRITIUM Dial...
And, on the right, my K series (2001) Sea Dweller with a Luminova Dial...

Note, for example, the differences in where the DOT on the second hand is, the DATE FONT and the Markers, ...

Clay do you think the font on the bezel looks off... The 30 & 50 markers seem particularly thin?

It could be an optical illusion created by the photograph...
Look at the "50" in the first photo compared to the second...
In the first photo it looks very thin...In the second it looks much fatter...
They almost look like two different inserts...???
The camera can play funny tricks on you...!!!

The lighting in the OP's photo's are rather shady.
(Shady as in filled with shade, not dishonest)

the second hand is perfectly ok as the rest of the watch, the only thing that looked strange to me was the date font but it means nothing. There are 1000 small variations on this + service parts etc.
