The watch is not a total fake rather franken, the date may be that way because of a bad fitting custom dial or a date disk problem, this can also occur if you set the watch running the hands anti clockwise, or in reverse and you dont go back far enough as it does not flick over quickly in reverse. Anyway the dial is not original the bezel is not original. Clasp is over polished and there is no way of telling from those photos if the band is original.

If the day wheel isn't fully engaged you won't be able to see the date because the cutout for the date isn't in proper position.
