Going on a trip, taking one watch to wear....which one though?

Heading to Dallas for a week, used to live there, want to visit some friends. Taking one rolex with me in my wrist. Will likely be in mostly casual but possibly some slightly more dressy restaurants, etc....which should i take?

--GMT iiC

Going on an Alaska cruise next week. Will wear my Pepsi and bring along my TT Rose Gold DJ Black Roman for the snob evenings!!

The wife is going to be a different story. She changes watches daily according to the color of clothes she wears - I hope she doesn't bring all 17 (including 3 Rolex) she has!!!
