A: Hi there, thank you for your question. I do not know how to open the back so I took it to the local jeweler. I was advised that such items, rolex especially, that it is not recommended to open the back unless it is absolutly necessary. I followed their advice. I apologize that this does not answer your question, If you have any recommendations, advice or other information on how I can further assist please let me know and I will see what I can do. Thank you
