I decide too, Wash My watch( Omega Planet Ocean 8500 Orange)  What I did!! I caught a Cup, cold water, Soap+ a liitle of detergent+ Toothbrush  Let 10min and work! So here are the results!!

I use an ultrasonic I got on amazon (25-30 bucks if I remember) and pull the bracelet off 2-3 times a year and I'm always surprised that the water gets a little cloudy every time. I use vareat spray once a week or every other. Tooth brush soapy water once a month or less on the watch head. That varaet really does give it a nice shine though.
