Hard to tell without better pictures, but the bezel font (specifically the 2s) look a little off, and the numbers look like they sit a little to close to the lip. The seller created his account on Jul 3 and has 0 feedback. Can't understand why anyone would bite at that.

The watch appears genuine. Incorrect magnification on the cyclops means aftermarket crystal which can be found on many genuine Rolexes.
