Looks like a nice piece of memorabilia.....
It could be worth a few dollars. But your best value may be how much you paid for it. How much did you pay for it??

In that condition, perhaps worth $3000-ish. Some people will pay $200+ per die to replace missing parts in their own kit.
The lid's inner card is missing as well as the outer cardboard box - so not a pristine collector set IMHO - but an honest used watchmaker's toolkit for caseback removal.
