Rolex 1008

I bought this amazing vintage Rolex speedy oyster opener ref 1008 full set, what do you think about this rare instruments of Rolex?

Looks like a nice piece of memorabilia.....
It could be worth a few dollars.
But your best value may be how much you paid for it.

In that condition, perhaps worth $3000-ish. Some people will pay $200+ per die to replace missing parts in their own kit.

The lid's inner card is missing as well as the outer cardboard box - so not a pristine collector set IMHO - but an honest used watchmaker's toolkit for caseback removal.

If you still have some money, and you like this kind of tool, you can get the newer model 1018. Do a search on ebay for many more pictures, and the chance to make an offer ...

yes I think is a nice piece of memorabilia, just pay 1000 USD and I have also the inner Booklet "instruction to use"
