My Fiancee said ONE day that she would get me a Rolex of my choosing with the stipulation that it doesn't cost more than her vehicle lol. (She really likes the EXP II so...) And she also said one day that we would have a Lexus in the family..but it might be a while before either of those happen...we need to establish ourselves(buy a house, etc) first then the fun stuff comes. Im not worried. Ive got a couple of cool Seiko autos to hold me over :)

My wife would pick the following watches, depending on how much she wanted to spend:

$5000 - Pepsi GMT II

$7500 - TT Sub (Bluesy)

$10000 - Ladies Gold President
pick out or pay for?

My wife loved the TT Bluesy so when I bought it I thought she be ok with it... WRONG!!! heard it for a month from her

Since I already have 3, I think she would buy me a ladies WG DJ over-loaded with diamonds and other precious stones. I think she would say...Well, if you still aren't going to wear it, can I borrow it again?

My GF/future wife has already stated she would buy me a Rolex as a wedding present, but that was before I bought the GMT. That said, I told her I could always use another Rollie, probably something dressier, like a Datejust.

She kind of looked at me like I was nuts (she does that a lot), but I think she'll come around.

My wife would pick a Rolex made of terrycloth, so she could sop up all the blood from murdering me for even thinking about getting another Rolex.

My wife isn't a fan of quality time high end watch's. She certainly could afford to buy me a rollie but it would be a cold day in hell before it would happen. Best I could expect would be another Seiko.

My wife thinks I'm mad
Can't understand why I need more than one watch
After all I can only wear one at a time

BUT

If I decide that the Daytona Leopard is the watch for me
She would understand, She puts up with all the mad ideas

And I love her dearly

And best of all

She loves me.

Aren't I lucky??

She would get me a YG or ER DD with black serti dial. She also likes the Prince, but I said I would rather have a JLC Reverso.

In all honesty, I never did pay much attention to my current Platty. It was Zemina who encouraged me to buy it after we saw it at the AD's.....a week prior to making the purchase!!
