I think the YMII is one of those watches like the Deepsea that looks much better when you see it in the flesh (or metal if you prefer) than in pictures. When I first saw the photos, I didn't think much of the watch and had the same reservations as many other critics - too much lettering on the bezel, too colourful, etc etc.

However, I changed my opinion when I saw it at an AD and actually held it in my hands. It's a stunning watch, very imposing and heavy. Of course, it's also very expensive!!

I love the design! I wish they could have made a SS/PLAT edition with a price that would be in line with the original design. The all 18K version is outside my price range!
