the Tourneau in Century City had some preowned rolexes and tudors last time I was in, maybe a month ago. Their preowned stock is always changing.

I saw the new Tudors at the Royal Maui Jewelers in Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, and it sounded like they would be willing to offer at least a modest discount (say about 5% or so) on the Pelagos.

Had a little attitude problem with a Rolex AD store just a bit ago. I was trying to get a 78360 link and the woman sez "but this is a Tudor!" I respond yes but the band is Rolex. "Can't be." Thankfully another
Person appeared who knew what he was talking about. She was a snot

Tudor

My local AD said Rolex were controlling Tudor pricing the same way they do Rolex pricing i.e. no discounts

ha ha ha. What did you expect them to say? Did you ask if they also happened to change into that 'no discount' policy globally just because they now also sell in the US.

I think most people on this thread have been on TRF much longer than I and even I know discounts on Rolex are reported every day here on the forums.

I am interested in a Tudor, but will not consider it unless it comes in at 80% msrp or less.

Edited to add: ...and this seems attainable in markets where Tudor has always sold; it would not make sense to try to force full price only for US market.

I'll take an 80% discount.

I got a very short and quick answer of "NO" to my question of "Will you be getting Tudors in to sell?" It was a large AD but I read there were a very limited number (100?) AD's in the entire USA getting Tudors.

He meant 80% of wholesale, so a 20% discount.

Replace wholesale with retail.
