I just purchased a new Rolex Explorer II from Patrick and the entire transaction could not have gone any smoother. He responded quickly to all my questions and even gave me good advice regarding my final decision. I was under a time constraint regarding shipping and he sped up the process so that I was able to receive the watch while at work. He even sized the band(perfectly) for me. The watch arrived brand new as promised. There is a certain AD that comes to mind that could take lessons from Patrick on customer service. I will call him directly when I am ready for my next piece. Do not hesitate.
