As an alternative consideration, perhaps a forged carbon case? Wouldn't have to worry too much about scratches... we all know how much of an eyesore they are.

True that, but personally I am not the biggest fan of the 'new' materials that AP are using...FC and Ceramic etc... I prefer the good old metal cases :)

If you want a white dial chrono I would also consider the ROC as you get the beautiful shimmering silver/white tapisserie dial and the famed RO bracelet option too. Brown gator strap is very nice and luxurious as well.

Yes I did consider a ROC as well but since I have a RO, I wanted my next one to be slightly more rugged/ a bit more sporty one.

I love the RO line but just want to have some variety in my collection :)
