Huge favor request b/c I need pictures.

Can someone take a picture of each of the self-regulation positions identified in the FAQ post? I'm not quite sure what each of these things mean:

Lay the watch flat with the dial uppermost.
Lay watch vertically with winding button downward.
Lay watch vertically with the winding button uppermost.

I would be most grateful.

BTW.: my SS GMT IIc was adjusted (re-regulated) to SIX positions recently:

Dial up
Dial down
Crown up
Crown down
Crown left
Crown right

The watch is absolutely spot on now!

This looks like an interesting thread and I know it is about self-regulation to adjust for fast / slow running but I can't find the original thread. Can someone help please?

Thanks

I get it now. You take the damn watch off first. Kids, dog, and wife thought I was going crazy laying all sorts of ways on the ground, with my arm in the three postions mentioned above, muttering.......got to be a better was to self regulate.

Did you do the re-regulation yourself? Or did you send it in?
