No holes case GMT Master 2

Sorry if this has been asked, but what year and serial number did the GMT Master 2 Pepsi bezels have that do not have holes in the side of the watch head ? I think I like the look of the no holes on the sides of the watch head.
And what would be the bottom line on one new, box and papers Canadian ?

Peter, you can find info about the introduction of no holes cases and serial numbers in the FAQ's. Not that I don't want to reply, but the FAQ's contain much information that you might want to read.

Peter, if you're in Montreal, Chateau d'Ivoire has 2 left - the lowest they will go is $5400.
