a true divers strap for a true divers watch - made to be viewed from outside the wetsuit

I have a similar strap on this old glycene airman - very utilitarian, like it.

I heard WWII air navigators would jury rig long straps to wrap around the knee for easy constant view

Doesn't work for me either - but it's definitely different and unique. Thanks for the pics.

Love it! I am a big fan of straps. I will buy one before I purchase my Rollie in order to have the store put it one right away. Every utility watch deserves a utility strap!

I love it. That's how they are supposed to look and it's what they were built for!

Here's my 5513 on a khaki Nato.

Never been a NATO fan [watch band that is] but if you like it and it's reversable then I say go for it. Must admit changing things around from time to time is fun.

Ok, well I take it back then ... I'm not sorry that some of you don't like NATO >>

straps (or straps in general on a Submariner) ....

I like them NATOs... my 16610 is permanently on a regimental NATO and I plan to get some more, but like, I'm kinda worried about the wear on the case and reference numbers

Anyone else have an issue there??

Those NATO straps are tits up and the only real alternative to the oyster.

How about a Pepsi GMT with a NATO, cool or not cool?
