I have no idea what this is...
Can't find anything on it, seems valuable by the detail. Anyone seen something like this?

Any ideas on the age, the spellings of some of the city names are odd.

In 1837 Golay Fils & Stahl was founded by the clockmaker Golay-Leresche at 31, quai des Bergues in Geneva, Switzerland. The company remained in family hands, specialising in watches, until the beginning of the 20th Century.
Circa 1900 It was purchased by Stahl, at which time the current name came into existence. In 1962, the firm was purchased by Jacques Wolfgang who headed it until his death in 1976, at which point, his son Jesse took over.

It looks like an interesting piece--it's the earliest example I know of which has a world time complication. Nice find!

Interesting
A GMT watch where you don't need to rotate the bezel for that "extra" timezone

It appears the center dial is a typical watch, but it has a GMT ring that rotates the way a 24 hr hand rotates on a GMT Master.
As the middle 24 hr ring rotates each hour, you can read off the time (in 24 hr time) at any city marked on the stationary outer ring.. So reading the time as pictured, it is 10:23 locally, and, reading off the 24 hr ring, 2223 in Singapore, or 1623 in Rome, or 1023 in New York (hey, that must be the local area !)

Very nice!
The movement looks very similar to this one from circa 1930, with the exception of the bridge bearing the watch number. I'd guess it to be from around the same era.

Yes, the middle ring moves.
