Are you kidding? You sound completely 'normal' to me. Your analysis of the 422 and your GMT was spot on and I have about the same exact feelings about my Sub and 372. I now wear the Sub on a Nato strap in the house and when I walk the dog. Just to keep it wound up. I still wear it diving as well. 372 is for when I go out.
