44mm ROO SS vs 42mm Diver SS
My brother-in-law purchased a 44mm ROO in SS yesterday and I received it today for him and WOW!!! I cannot believe how much I love this watch. Originally I thought it was crazy that the watch costs $14,100 more than the diver... But after inspecting it further, I can say that the 44mm models are in a completely different league... And I can now understand why such a big price difference. The 44mm models are just wow. I would've bought the 44 too but the price was just out of my budget. Sigh...
Here's a shot of the two watches. |

The 44mm are just about perfect as the ultimate sports watch.
ROO-line, ceramic chrono pushers, tachymeter on a raised layer inside (not on bezel), tipped red chrono hands, display back, calibre 3126, SS/FC/RG... etc. No more ugly arabic numerals too (IMO). |

The ceramic bezel alone outperforms the SS on a Diver, plus the rectangular pusher of the chrono function.

You must look in person, the 44 mm SS looks more amazing than photos, the looks of the dial can change depending on the light.
