Excellent Breitling link...a must see for all!!

Guys,

This is such a cool Breitling link. Not sure if it's been done before, but it's superb...a must see for one and all. Note when you click on DIAL, that the Breitling logo is made of solid gold. Turn your speakers on!!

http://www.breitling.com/en/made_by/

Enjoy - JJ

Isn't the crown on Rolex models with gold the same?

I see a plane on top of the building!!

No really, but what could be better than an official Breitling site? Very informative with very detailed sections on movement, case, dial, hands, and crystal. This should be shown on Modern Marvels

Each and every Rolex....SS, TT, YG....irrespective...have all their logos, luminova surrounds and hands made of gold.

The reason why I pointed it out in the case of Breitling is because similar priced watches use brass for their logos - not gold as Breitling has!!

Hey gang,
I think JJ is turning into a Breitling addict.
It might be time for an intervention.
I say, we all pack our Rolex's, head down to NZ and set him straight.

Okay... you can tell a TRF newbie when....

John, never... EVER threaten a visit to NZ cuz JJ will welcome you with open arms. He did that with Al and his wife over a year ago. Al is amost completed his 'reintegration' therapy and is doing well. Sadly, the same can't be said for Jacqui (his wife).

That's strange, Johnny....'cause when I call them up, Jacqui seems so much more "refined" over the phone!!!

You dont know what she was like before the JJ exposure, though.

BTW, knowing this place... I thought when I first opened this thread that I would see a photo of a Breitling bracelet link.

LOL! Seriously, John, if you can find the time, do click on that link and check the individual items like hands, dial, crystal, case, movement by clicking just above them. Interesting info!!

I did. The only one I remotely like is the Chrono-Matic. The Navitimer is nice... but the rest do absolutely nothing for me.

Considering the low, low price I paid for it, I may as well keep it....it's really growing on me, especially the massive 43 mm size and thickness, coupled with the SS bling!! Not many SS watches out there that can provide this kinda bling....and I love BLING!!!

I just realized that the Breitling Movement is also known as a BM.
Any coincidence?

You know, a fungus grows on you, too. Does that mean you would keep the fungus?

I do, I do. That doesn't mean I can't get in a little dig when you leave the shovel right out in the open.
