First time buyer

Hope you experienced guys out there can help me on this.

I'm new on the forum and I'm also looking to buy my first Rolex. Since I have no experience of purchasing a watch, I'am feeling a bit insecure about the hole proceeding. I have been looking around quite a while and have now found what I'm looking for, a Submariner 5513 (1988) with box and papers. My question is if there is anyone that have been dealing with Plus Watches?
