RSC Toronto

Has anyone had their watch serviced there recently? I have a couple of watches that I'd like refinished but heard that their "guy" has only been there for 6 months.

Trying to weigh the pros/cons refinishing it locally at my Rolex-certified watchmaker who is skilled but doesn't have a lap machine vs sending it to RSC Toronto where they have a lap but a less experienced person.

Interested to hear your experiences.

Have had my Rolexes serviced there over the years and recently got my wife's Rolex polished and the job was top-notch.

Took my AK in to be calibrated while still under warranty and it's now my most accurate watch by far. They replaced the seals and gave it a buffing making it look as good as new. I was impressed with the service.
