No slowhand, I don't think its a step down. The ROO is the sporty line, the RO the more dressy. If the 450 fits you best then get that one, no point wearing a watch that everyone else thinks you should have.

its not a step down, but i don't personally suggest the 15400, its basically a bigger version of the 15300, nothing has changed but size, makes it look a bit out of balance, so as the movement, looks tad smaller on the caseback. Stick to either panda or go for the 15202, at least i can speak for myself as a jumbo owner, the watch wears very nicely, no problem with lugs whatsoever..the 15202 is such a iconic and desirable piece, the production number is quite low as well, so its a little harder to obtain and waiting is part of the fun, just my 2 cents. |

Thanks guys for the responses, but just to clarify its a 15450 not a 15400..
As you can see in the pics it's 37mm.. And it fits me perfectly. I doubt the 15202 can provide such a fit as I tried other 39mm ROs and the fit was bad.. |

a little confused with your pic there as most guys wouldn't go for the 15450 in 37mm, but then go for it if it really fits you better, good luck. |

Looks like this is as big as you should go; The fit and looks of the Jumbo will be bad on your wrist. Not sure if I would go from Panda to this though, and I'm surprised you can sport the Panda.

15450 sounds like the way to go! it looks perfect on you. maybe just wait to try on the jumbo, just to be sure. otherwise, you'll always wonder (even though it seems like you know the answer). |

The 15450 looks like a god fit.
Out of curiosity, were you able to try the 15400 for comparison? |

The Panda provides good fit because I put the Singapore strap on it.. So though its top heavy, it's a little like a panerai as the strap molds it down to the wrist pretty snugly.. |

Figured the 400 would be too big.
I do like the look of the 15450 on you, even over the Panda. |

The 15450 looks like a good fit. I suggest you get it as a companion for your ROO.
So, if the ROO Panda fits you well, I would not support the trade, unless it's for 15202 jumbo. |

This is a no-brainer. Go with the 15202 !
It's probably in the top 5 of watches. The Panda isn't even in the top 1000 imho. Good luck! |

Your wrist size looks like it would be a perfect candidate for a 5711 Nautilus....have you considered /tried it?

Yes Gus I have considered the 5711 and it will be in my sights one day..
However in terms of trade I would rather stick within AP, so as to keep at least a piece from AP within the stable... |

I would do it. However in your case, we are talking about a lot of money and a great piece...you need to make sure it fists. Can you the other party's watch to see if it fits?

How could a panda even come close to the classic jumbo?? They are both different watches and if I had to choose between the two it will be the jumbo - the true essence of royal oak as it was meant to be.
