Newer style Daytona

Hey guys, long time lurker here. Just bought a newer style white face Daytona with random serial number. It's not letting me upload proving pictures unfortunately

I took the bracelet off to clean it in my ultrasonic and noticed the serial numbers aren't between the lugs at 6 o'clock. Is that normal on the newer styles Daytonas? I'm still working on the pics guys!!

Thanks for the help

Some Rolex watches have the numbers at the six o'clock position on the area between the dial and the face, I forget the technical term. May not be the same for the Daytona. I'm no expert.

Yes it has the engraving on the rehaut and serial number under the crystal but not in between the lugs outside the crystal. I bought second hand but has box and papers. Just have never seen that with my others, but it is my first with engraving on the rehaut.
