Rolex oyster perpetual real or fake?

Hi there,
I found this watch between my belated grandmothers belongings.
I just want to find out wther this is genuine or fake?
I want to have it looked at by a proffesional but I would be too embaressed to do so if it was a fake!!
Any thoughts?

This looks fake to me, the dial is not centered in the case (off to the left a bit)
Magification is wrong as is the date font too

Caseback definitely looks wrong to me, and where is the second hand?

Thanks everyone for your replies! Did a little home test and submerged it with water... Figured if it were the real deal I needn't worry about getting it wet and left it in water for only a couple of minutes and as you all would've guessed - it looked like it rained on the inside of the watch!
On the plus side of this fake, it created a big want!! I do now want a real one!!!
Hopefully posting pictures of a true rolex in the new year!! Xxx

I probably wouldn't myself if i really knew it was the real deal! But I kinda knew when I compared the face with my grandpa's omega and my husband's tag (which are both crystal) and found out the fake is plastic!! Or so it seemed.. So submurging it was actually just for laughs!

FYI--Please note older rolexes were made with plastic (acrylic) "crystals" so don't let that guide you in your determination!
