1601 vs 16013 specs

I know that some of the differences between the 1601 and the 16013 have been discussed. Does anyone know the differences in the two cases themselves?

I want to know because I have a leather band 1601 and I'm looking at the aftermarket add-on end links that cover the void between the case and strap. I've found them in two-tone for the 16013. However, I can't find anything on in a two-tone for the 1601. Will the links for the 16013 work or would there be a height / curvature difference?

Thanks,
DJ
