I don't know why, but diamonds on a Rolex always makes it look like a fake to me.

Both are great! I have to admit, I love the tastefully small number of stones on the iced dial. Go for it!

My favorite YG DD dials are the white roman and the silver diamond. I'd probably put the silver diamond dial (and the appropriate hands) back on the watch.

I'd choose the diamond dial. I love the sticks as well but the diamond dial just makes the Day Date look way cooler in my opinion.

I am not big on the diamonds. The white dials look great. Here is my white roman DD2, my wife has the same dial on a 36mm.
