I would speculate that the US increase will be more than 5%, given the weakness of the dollar compared to the Euro. Hopefully I am wrong.

that just depends on how far they want their sales to drop. our economy is in the toilet and luxury item sales have taken a huge hit. if they raise the prices 10% i say it will cost them 20% in sales. oh well, it's their company and they can do it if they think they can stand to take that kind of hit in their largest market.

Just had a call from my AD, who's a close friend, here in England to tell me that there was going to be a price rise "within the next week or so"

He had just recieved the call telling him about it & though he'd let me know.

He said he wouldn't know the % increase until the paperwork came through.

I called an AD yesterday, he said no words from Rolex yet. However, he expects a price increase by the end of next week.
