My wife likes the one with the Roman dial and I know she has good taste because she chose me. LOL !
One caveat. My wife has found that she doesn't like the fact that the watch quits if she doesn't wear it for a while and she thus wears her Seiko more than she does her Rolex. |

I have the same watch exactly as the middle pic except the smaller size, 26mm, and I have to say I really like that white dial with the romans!! I love my jubilee dial, but the gold romans on the white dial look really nice to me. Tough decision!!

Another woman's perspective- hard to go wrong with the diamonds, but the Romans are lovely as well. If she's iffy about the jubilee dial now, definitely stay away from that one. I second the opinion that perhaps you might consider the roman dial with the diamond VI- could be the best of both worlds in terms of diamonds and Roman numerals. Personally I also think that the numerals on the diamond VI dial are a slightly more feminine proportion, fwiw. But go with your gut- I'm sure she will love either choice!

My better half does not care for diamond dials so her choice was the white Romans dial. GL on the quest. :)
She's very petite and already has a traditional 26mm watch so this 36mm DJ really works for her. |

My wife wears these if it is any help (and a black Chanel J12 moonphase piece):

Love the Romans. Of the two diamond dials, I prefer the jubilee dial...hope that helps.

1 if you like diamonds and 3 if you prefer roman numerals. IMHO

Yikes!!!
What a tough decision to have to make...if she likes diamonds, I'd say MOP dial with diamond markers. But then again the chocolate dial with Romans and the diamonds at 6 o'clock looks stunning. As a thought has she seen the pink dial options? Pink looks great on a Lady's wrist!!! Good luck...as there is no wrong choice when it comes to having a Rolex on your wrist.....

Thanks everyone for the prospectives. It's a tough "luxury" decision we have to make. We'll see how it goes.

Well from my avatar- not hard to guess what I will say
Love my 31 mm everose with pink diamond dial. My second choice would have been the one with diamond VI. |

Ok guys. I just showed my wife your responses. We are going to a local AD sometime this week she wants to check the size and a couple of things and make a decision.
Thank you and we do appreciate each and every opinion posted. Cheers |

Btw - my wife has several 34 and 36 mm watches and was hesitant at first because she's only 5'2" and has small wrists but none of them look oversized on her at all. She almost never wears her 28mm ladies model any more. She says the dial is too small and hard to read now.

I love the roman dial...so much so I bought one. Mine is SS & 36mm.
I love diamonds, but oddly enough, not in my watches. I do think they are pretty in a watch, I would just rather put the extra charge for diamonds in a ring, bracelet or other piece of jewellery. Im not sure if the cost matters so much as the decision, but I think if she's young, you have many anniversary's ahead of you...maybe put the extra cost into something else. |

Lig...btw..that watch looks nice on your wife's wrist. LOL Seems she and I are of the same mind about diamonds in our watches. ;-)
Im 5'2, not so petite..LOL, but Im 5'2 with 6.25-.5" wrists. Truthfully, I did need a bit of time to adjust to the larger size as the largest I had was 29mm. In my 20's a 26mm watch was good, then I moved up a bit to 29mm as I got older, & now I appreciate the 36mm. ;-) If your wife or you don't plan on selling this watch and making it a family heirloom, perhaps you may have her relook the 36mm version. Have fun. :-D |

The missus is 95lbs soaking wet but since my Dytona looks good on her we knew the 36mm would be perfect on her. OP - no bad choices here! |
