buys a watch, claims it was 'not as described' 3 weeks later. Gladly I have all the evidence, but it is still in eBay's hands at this point. I am filing a police report today as well.

Sad ,ive had this done but with a Festool Sander.
When it was sent back all the insides had been swapped.Ebay just wouldnt have it and i had to send money back "furious".
They always go with the buyer which you dont want to hear but they do its there motto.
I feel for you i really do.
