Anyone tried baby shampoo in an ultrasonic when cleaning a watch bracelet?

I dont know if dish soap is the best thing to use. I know it strips wax from a car. I feel like it would leave your watch with a dull finish. Ive read that it also dries rubber.

I think jewelry solution would be best.

Ultrasonic cleaning use the principle of forming Cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound waves) to agitate a liquid, just water will work if object to be cleaned is not too dirty. But remember the object to be cleaned must not be on the base of the cleaner, it must be off the bottom to let the posses of cavitation bubbles to work. And most any normal house hold chemical surfactant (like liquid laundry detergent)now this detergent will break down the surface tension of the water but only a small amount of detergent is needed, never ever put a watch head with a movement in to clean.
