Just to doublecheck!
Hi everybody,
Saw this on ebay and I think it is real. Just wanted to doublecheck with you whether anybody thinks dial might be repainted and/or relumed. Looking forward to hear your opinions. http://www.ebay.ch/itm/390776244729?...84.m1438.l2649 |

This is a 1965/66 Sub Ref. 5512 with a cal. 1560 movement. These definitely came with SCOC designation. Also all dial markings are correct, correct fonts, correct placing, correct coronet shape for this serial range. Glass is in very bad condition and may cause distortions, why some parts could be seen as repainted, but I do not think they are. The only thing I am not sure about is the lume.

For the record, the end pieces appear also incorrect.
