I went from a 16613/Serti dial to the 116610LV and am glad I did. It's my only watch so is not a "rotation" watch. I love the LV and don't want for any other Rolex. The 16613 is definitely a great looking watch, though and I understand your "pain". If you're not sure, don't do the swap, and see if the urge goes away. You can always do it at a later date.

I find myself wearing either the bluesey or the hulk every weekday. I've got other watches, but these two are my favs.
