Congrats on a fantastic watch!

(Looks like a random serial so you've
snared one of the last of the 14060Ms).

If anything, the watch is original but the bezel insert has been changed out to a new aftermarket insert. This is common since the insert is plastic and most people would rather pay the $20 for an aftermarket than send it to Rolex for a servicing...

wtf?
The insert is not aftermarket!
The original insert is NOT made out of plastic!
Most people rather would spend < $ 100 for an original insert replacement than buying a fake!

Like others said before: If you can give advise - post
If you are not sure or have no experience - just keep silent!
We've had enough wrong statements in this thread already!

I wasn't intending to garner such comments in this thread and hope that we all realize we are all here for the same reason, our enjoyment in Rolex or for that matter time pieces as a whole.

After I took deliver of the watch, I just cant help but to stare. Here is a pic I took after the heavy down pour in Socal the skies parted and the sun peaked out and took a shot of the sub.

there isn't enough room on the page... Misinformed twits and pseudo-confident blowhards seem to have overtaken the interwebs.
