Definitely. I've been moving a lot of vinyl due to redecorating and now I instantly recognise the DJ/DD on the wrists of so many over the years I can see why it's been a constant watch for me. Johnny Gill, Mc Eiht, Jam Master Jay, Jay Z, etc etc.

I think it's cool that he posed for a picture with your son

There's quite a few people I'd like a wrist shot with, Pharrell is another huge watch connoisseur with some incredible wrist wear.
Jay Z's video for the making of the Magna Carta album is like a wis GTG, iirc Pharrell is wearing the Concept AP(I think it's called).

I don't share Waka's apparent specific taste in watches or music, but then again he might not share mine either.

Despite that, I still found it interesting.

I say each to their own (cliche, but still true nonetheless).

At the very least, Waka shows he's a good sport for posing for the photos and it certainly looks like he's made Beef junior's day.

Thanks, guys. It was nice of Waka to do that. My son said he posed with anyone that wanted a picture. I see it like this: I had never heard of Waka prior to this. But if I'd asked my Dad who Mick Jagger or Jim Morrison was, he'd have had no idea. New kid in the neighborhood? Now the Stones can be heard in elevators in the Muzak mode.
By the same token, over the years I've developed an appreciation for Glen Miller, Tommy Dorsey and Artie Shaw, Dad's music. Someday, I may even develop an appreciation for iced Rolexes. Ya never know!

I haven't heard of him before, but that is very cool of him to pose in a pic with your son w/ the wrist shot. Hey, we each all like Rolex in our own way.. main thing is that we all like Rolex! Definitely some serious bling on his watches..
