Tourneau.com pre-owned watch question

Hello,
I am looking at a pre-owned watch on Tourneau.com and I was told this watch was (or would be) serviced prior to shipment. The watch is approximately 3-5 years old. The sales person could not tell me exactly what type of "service" was going to be done. So my question is for anyone who has had experience with Tourneau.com internet purchases. Can I trust the watch will have all authentic parts inside? How will I know whether or not it is a Franken? Can I trust Tourneau properly serviced the watch? Sharing with me any prior experiences with Tourneau.com will be greatly appreciated!

My prior experience with that store convinced me to never deal with them again.

There are a lot of watches to buy, why is this one so compelling?

The watch in question is an Omega 18k Gold Museum Collection, The MD's Watch Manual Limited Edition which Tourneau has listed for $10,850. A new one retail is around $17,000. The reduced price is rather compelling, but I am hesitant for the reasons I have listed above. Any thoughts?
