Very old, Tritium Date (not datejust), badly scratched, horrible bracelet stretch. Personally, I'd pass, because for a little more you could get something quite a bit better.

I would save a bit more money. $1700 is not much for a decent watch. Especially a rolex. Check out prices for pre-owned stainless steel Rolexes.
There are a lot of fakes on cheaper sites like Flea-bay, so be cautious. |

Keep saving and looking. You'll find a better deal and you'll have more money to work with.
You don't need a perfect specimen, but you deserve a decent one.
