I haven't owned a DJ in many years, and am not familiar with the women's DJ's, but the crown looks off and the date is not centered. Could be the camera angle, though. Any jeweler should be able to tell you if the diamonds are real.

The date wheel is definitely off. Bezel is definitely aftermarket.

Aftermarket bezel, cheap misfiring custom dial , aftermarket conversion sapphire crystal, likely fake band but can't see
